Rules of business & the mode of payment
Payment should made by cash Yen/Euro or US$ At present we accept all payments via bank wire transfer also (T/T) only. We do not accept any payment by credit card or other modes.
Please note that all forwarding bank transfer charges are to be paid by customer.
If the order cancellation takes place on customer’s discretion then we will refund what ever money we received from our customer after deducting related transfer charges.
If the order cancellation takes place due to a reason arising from our end we will refund what ever money we received from our customer. We will not deduct any charges.

1. How can I place an order of vehicle to you?
Browse through our website & select a vehicle. Note down its product code& e-mail to us. On confirmation of the order, we shall hold that vehicle for you.
Meanwhile you send us the payment & we’ll move for the shipment.
2. How long will it take to get my vehicle?
It depends upon which country you are shipping it to? It takes approximately 3 weeks to Organize paper work & get the vehicle on board. Then add time on water which the Vessel will take to reach at your country port. Then add unloading & customs clearance time.
3. Does prices quoted on your website are FOB or CIF?
All the prices are FOB prices. Freight charges depend upon the dimensions of vehicle & port of destination.
4. What kind of insurance you provide?
Our insurance cover is up to the limit which is provided by the shipping company trough Which we move the shipment, from port of shipment to port of destination only.
We can arrange any special insurance on demand of our clients & charge it separately.
5. Is there any hidden cost involve in purchasing a vehicle?
There is no hidden cost involved. Total cost of the car comprised of purchase price+ 5% consumption tax+ recycle charge( if any)+ auction fee+ local transportation( from auction to yard) + ocean freight.
6. What is inspection charge?
Normally we move our shipments without inspection but if the by-laws of your Country require inspection, we arrange it on demand of our clients & charge it separately.
7. Do you provide any warranty of the vehicles?
No, we do not provide any warranty of the vehicles supplied by us. In Japan used vehicles Bought from auctions are rated with auction grades.
We report this information According to in accordance with japans auction level reporting, so you can easily Understand the condition of the vehicle you are going to buy.
But incase any miss declaration we provide the warranty to the extent which we Are covered from the auction house.
8. Can you provide parts of the vehicle?
Yes, we provide this facility to our valuable clients who purchase the vehicle from us.
We don’t provide the person/company, who did not buy the vehicle from us.
9. How can I buy directly from auctions in Japan?
Brouse the list of the vehicles in the coming auctions, note down the lot numbers & send us your demanded quantity & price of the specified vehicles. We shall bid your price For that specified vehicle throughout all the auctions in Japan. If you bid is successful, We shall move the shipment to you.
10. Why do you display ‘’Sold’’ & ‘’Hold’’ for customer vehicles on the web site?
We receive many inquiries about the prices of different models & makers of vehicles From the visitors of our web site. We think that by displaying these vehicles, our visitor May have some idea about price structure & market demand.
